- Azure Condo Rentals by Redge Garcia is an eco-friendly property and is committed to providing its guests a clean, safe, and sustainable environment. For this reason, air condition will only be switched on once the guest checks inside the unit.

3 Steps To Book
- Chat with us about your intention to rent. Let us know your preferrences and we will send to you the photos of the actual unit available for your approval.
- If you liked what you've seen, you can proceed to RESERVATION.
Important: PLEASE DO NOT PAY YET if you haven't received the 'approved' Guest Advise Form (GAF) from Azure Residences Office. This will be sent to your email address. Please also check your Spam folder. - And lastly, you should have all the details of your confirmed booking and your preferred/selected unit, you can now use your credit/debit card, to pay 1,000 PHP for SECURITY DEPOSIT through PAYPAL. Or, pay us through BDO bank fund transfer/deposit.
IMPORTANT:
What you have to pay for now is the SECURITY DEPOSIT of 20 USD or 1,000 PHP only. The full payment for the entire duration of your stay will be on the day of your CHECK-IN. CANCELLATION of your booking can only be allowed within 24 hours. REFUND will be paid back minus PAYPAL fee.
